| Our first Co-ho run hits here around the
middle of June. Another big run arrives in
mid-July.
We have fish in here until late October.
Halibut and other bottom fish are out in Clarence
straits. I recommend you stay in our protected
bay. If you want to fish the straits, we suggest
you use a charter service that is in the area.
There are additional fees for this service.
There isn't anything better than hooking a 15 pound
Silver Salmon on light spinning gear or a fly rod.
No trolling needed.
The wildlife here is truly beautiful Whales,
Porpoise, Otters, Deer, Bear, and Eagles are common
place. Beach combing, clam digging and pulling
crab pots is fun also. We are close to the
El-Capitan caves. These are world class caves, and
tours are guided by the Forest Service.
